Do you have a fascination of a country, culture, or people that you sometimes obsess about? Curious about the origins of certain fears or phobias? Have strangers you just met feel like you've known them your whole life? If you can relate to any of these questions then you may be remembering moments or people from a past life.

Past lives are the previous lives that we have lived before our current incarnation. The rebirth of our souls into a new physical body after death is called reincationation. We have lived hundreds and hundreds of lives, but who were we?

In this shamanic journey, we will go back to a lifetime that we are ready to witness. By regressing back to a previous life we can find the links that connect our present to our past. We can discover our experiences from long ago that explain our interests of today, and understand why we react to certain people and situations the way we do. Regressions also give us the opportunity to become aware of where our fears, insecurities, and false beliefs stem from. Unfortunately, these fears, insecurities, and false beliefs can carry over in the next life if we do not learn and heal from them. Basically, we have the opportunity to learn a life lesson from our past life, incorporate that lesson in our current life, and break the chains of karma. Once broken, it is believed that we do not have to go through the pain and struggling again in our next life.

About Kirsten

As a young girl in the 80's Kirsten found that she loved the music and culture of the 1950's-1970's. Growing up, it was difficult to talk and connect with friends because they didn't share the same vintage interests. Thoughout high school and college she would constantly state, "I was born in the wrong decade." During Kirsten's spiritual journey, she has done many past life regressions simply out of curiosity. It wasn't until she read "Many Lives, Many Masters" by Brian Weiss where she truly understood the healing behind past life regression. In 2013 Kirsten attended a past life regression course by Brian Weiss at the Omega Institute For Holistic Studies. Today, Kirsten integrates past life regressions in her readings, healings and events with the intention that her clients heal from their past lives.
