Shamans honor and acknowledge the life and wisdom that exists in all things. In the shamanic practice, animal spirits carry great power and wisdom. These helping spirits reside inside of everyone, aiding in your inner power and protection. The spirit of your animal also lends the wisdom and attributes of it's kind.

Over the course of your life it is common for you to have more than one animal! Any living creature can be your power animal.  You are not limited to mammals.

Kirsten will facilitate this shamanic journey for you. Drumming at a consistent rhythm, the vibrations will take you into a deep meditative state. This will allow you to journey to the lower realm to locate your power animal. Here you will discover their gifts that they have to offer and any other healing messages. 

Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket. You can experience your shamanic journey sitting or laying down.

About Kirsten: Kirsten started her spiritual path at a young age. Trying to bring clarity to experiences she could not explain, Kirsten was determined to grow her intuitive mediumship abilities. Also, with a deep need to help others she delved into energy healing modalities such has reiki, IET, and sound healing. To further deepen her connection with Spirit she is currently enrolled in a shamanic program. This is where her guides encouraged her to fully embrace her intuitive abilities and give a voice to your spirit animals.
