Singing To Your Inner Sun is the 2nd of 7 parts of the sound healing chakra series! This event will focus on our inner sun, the solar plexus. The solar plexus is our 3rd chakra and is the color yellow. Qualities of this chakra include confidence, self-esteem, strong will, and healthy boundaries.

In today's society, it can be difficult caring for a balanced solar plexus chakra. Many times we give our power to others and don't even realize it. By pleasing our friends, family, and society while rejecting our true needs and wants can lead us into disempowerment. We are placed in a box by external expectations and false beliefs.

Our intention for this event is to focus on: 

• Acknowledging the walls that inhibit our growth. 
• Determining how the walls got there. 
• Discovering steps needed to harness our inner confidence.  

The sounds emitted by Kirsten's Tibetan singing bowls, gong and other instruments will aid in your vibrational healing. To further strengthen your inner power, Elegabal (an ancient Syrian sun spirit) will guide us in understanding what we can do to remove these walls and heal.
