2020 is over and we finally made it to 2021. These past few months have been challenging globally. Emotions ran wild with financial uncertainty, the inability to celebrate or mourn with our friends and family in person, and civil and political unrest. 2020 definitely changed our lives forever. Yes, 2020 was chaotic but it also gave us a chance to reflect on what's important in our lives. It gave us opportunities to be grateful for what we had, and allowed us to support our friends and family when times became difficult.
As we move into 2021 we can finally take a deep breath and be thankful that we made it this far. Even though many key stressors carried over into this year, it's important to be hopeful and believe that there will be a dawn of new opportunities and blessings for us. The dove, a popular sign of peace, reminds us that peace is always possible even when you feel rock-bottom.
Join Kirsten in this unique sound event. Kirsten will be incorporating most of her instruments: all 5 gongs, bells, Tibetan singing bowls, shruti box, etc. All levels of meditation are welcome.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, pillow and blanket. You can experience your sound healing event sitting or laying down.
About Kirsten
Kirsten started her spiritual path at a young age. Trying to bring clarity to experiences she could not explain, Kirsten was determined to grow her intuitive mediumship abilities. Also, with a deep need to help others she delved into energy healing modalities such has reiki, IET, and sound healing. To further deepen her connection with Spirit she is currently enrolled in a shamanic program. Throughout Kirsten's spiritual journey, she has grown a very strong bond with her spiritual team. Her guides continue to lead and encourage her to fully embrace her shamanic and healing gifts.
