Limpia Egg Ceremony

Popularly used in Mexico and Mesoamerica, this cleansing tradition is performed to remove and alleviate physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual blockages. Cedar sprigs and a whole egg are used to "vacuum" the negative energy. At the end Kirsten will break the egg to interpret the messages.
