Shamans honor and acknowledge the life and wisdom that exists in all things. In the shamanic practice, animal spirits carry great power and wisdom. These helping spirits reside inside of everyone, aiding in your inner power and protection. The spirit of your animal also lends the wisdom and attributes of it's kind.
Over the course of your life it is common for you to have more than one animal! Any living creature can be your power animal. You are not limited to the animals we know and recognize here on Earth.
